Can't make a VLAN connection?

Good afternoon!
I was given a VLAN connection to do my homework in class and I didn’t understand this topic at all.
as if I understood what to enter into computers and already entered (IP, Mask, Gate), but what to do with Switches and Routers, I don’t know at all.
