Can't login to Postfixadmin?

Good evening!
Installed Postfixadmin
All conditions met

Running software:

PHP version 5.6.24
Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS)
Checking for dependencies:

Magic Quotes: Disabled - OK
Depends on: presence config.inc.php - OK
Checking $CONF['configured'] - OK
Smarty template compile directory is writable - OK
Depends on: MySQL 3.23, 4.0 - OK
Testing database connection - OK - mysql://postfix:[email protected]/postfix
Depends on: session - OK
Depends on: pcre - OK
Depends on: multibyte string - OK
Depends on: IMAP functions - OK
Everything seems fine... attempting to create/update database structure

Database is up to date

Superuser created, hash copied to CONF['setup_password'].
But it does not enter Postfixadmin, accepts the login and password, does not give errors, but simply returns to the login form page.
the rights to folders and files have already been set to 777 (I know that this is a dubious decision)
in php.ini is:
SESSION.USE_COOKIES = 1
session.auto_start = 1
session.use_trans_sid = 1

@SergeySL

$CONF['configured'] = false; in config.inc.php fixed to true?
