Can't load Wordpress site on Windows Server?

When loading a wordpress site on a windows server, the menu is not displayed and you cannot access other pages using links, only the main page is displayed. When following links to pages from the admin panel in the browser, here is a message (see screenshot) how to correctly load the site on a windows server or where to look for an error?

Look for a bug in IIS.
Remove it and install Apache (WAMP).
