Can't import mysql workbench database backup?

I want to import a database into workbench, but it gives an error

ERROR 1046 (3D000) at line 23: No database selected

Operation failed with exitcode 1
14:55:13 Import of C:\Users\Andrey\Documents\dumps\collegePractice1.sql has finished with 1 errors

here is what is on line 23:
DROP TABLE IF EXISTS `cars`;

Right click on the database in the list and choose or select. I don't remember how it was. You have a connection to the database, but Workbench won't figure out where to upload the backup if you don't tell it
