Can't get over the bug?

Hello. Recently started learning React. And at a certain stage, an error with the text "todos.map is not a function" is thrown into the console. Even though todos is an array. I can't figure out why applying map to it gives an error.

To launch the project: you need to clone it from the link given in the description of the problem, run npm init, then npm run dev and open the project itself in the browser at: 127.0.0.1:3000
