The Lexicon IO22 sound card is broken
After diagnostics, it turned out that the USB controller was out of order
Marking on the ISP 1583 BC chip and additional D78011C
Where can I find such a chip and are there any alternatives?
I didn't find anything on the internet about it.

ST-Ericsson ISP1583 is an obsolete component, so you can't find it. Look similar on Aliexpress.
