Can't find the video file on the server. How to solve the problem?

Hello, I posted the site in the Web application. The video file is in the root of the site, but for some reason, when accessing it, a 404 error is caused by what? And how can this be resolved?

I'm sure it has to do with server settings. The very first thing is to check .htaccess.
