Can't figure out npm and node.js?

Guys help me figure it out, maybe someone in the know. I use npm in terminal vs code , everything worked fine yesterday. In general , npm began to write to any request, let 's say Npm -v " the system cannot find the specified path " and then it still gives the correct answer. If you write the same thing through git bash , everything is fine. I think I did something with the node, I just tried to install the git-dash plugin in vs code , and then put " npm install git-bash-shell --global " removed both the plugin and git-bash-shell but the problem remained)) maybe someone encountered? I think node can be reinstalled? ))
