Can't create config file for Image class?

Registered in the php console artisan vendor:publish --provider="Intervention\Image\ImageServiceProviderLaravel5"
Publishing complete. Well, the conf file was not created, I tried to write other paths, changed the file name to ImageServiceProviderLaravel4 (there is such a name in the installed package), nothing happens, what could be the problem?
