Can't create a new domain controller?

writes an error on the screenshots I will show what the error is. I can't fix it, please tell me how to fix this error.
The prerequisite check for domain controller promotion failed. When a new domain is created, the local administrator account is converted to a domain administrator account. Failed to create a new domain because the password for the local administrator account does not meet the requirements.
In the current configuration, the local administrator password is not set, which may cause security issues. Before creating a new domain, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, use the net user command-line tool, or use the Local Users and Groups snap-in to set a strong password for the local administrator account.
