Hello! I am a beginner, I looked at different lessons and read articles on graphic design. I need to translate into a vector (you can leave it in a raster, of course) several drawings for publication. I scanned them, but I can't find a solution...
Task: to make a linear contour, but keeping the "idea". I did a trace, but the original lines are distorted and I can not comb them. I circled the contour, but in the end, emotions change ... I was completely exhausted. Maybe there is a solution, but I just don't know about it? What is the best thing to read and watch? Which way to go?

You insert it as a background and outline it on top - profit. Circled here ... (it's really simple)
