Can't connect yii2-fancybox?

Hello.
To use fancybox I use this widget .
Installed via composer. Output as in Readme.
When using it, it was knocked out that there were no fancybox and jquery-mousewheel folders in vendor/bower/. Created these folders with 'handles'.
After that, the output went, but in firebug it writes the following:

I have an advanced template. Therefore, the path should be, as I understand it, this: diplom.loc/frontend/web/assets/977fb9d9/source/jqu...
There is such a folder, but there are no files in it.
Please tell me how to solve this problem.
