Can't connect to VDS after deployment. Why?

Deployed a django project (first time). Everything worked, but after rebooting the server, I could not connect to the server via SSH in the standard way "ssh [email protected]"
A timeout error occurs, without specification.
It was possible to connect through the web interface, and nothing more.
Data from the web on the screen.

If it is important - I used nginx, gunicorn, django during deployment. The project itself was launched under a new user that I created.
I know I screwed up somewhere, but I can't figure out where.
How can I make sure that I connect to the server using the ip that I had before?
What caused the problem?

It's decided.
During the deployment, I disabled connections to all ports except 80.
You need to allow the firewall to accept connections on port 22.
