Can't connect to Mikrotik via Wi-Fi N

Hello dear.
My N-standard supported laptop stubbornly refuses to connect to Mikrotik RouterBoard RB951G-2HnD at speeds over 54 Mbps. The settings in general are as follows:



The signal is perfect - I'm sitting a couple of meters from the point, I can bring it close. Tx power set to 15 dBm.
The laptop just yesterday connected at a speed of 150+ Mbps ...
What else can you dig?
