Can't configure django photologue?

When migrating (python manage.py migrate photologue) the following error comes up (cannot import name 'python_2_unicode_compatible' from 'django.utils.encoding' )
Django version 3.1
Pillow 6.2.1
Django-sortedm2m 3.0.0
Here is the settings.py code

@Lone_Wanderer

"python_2_unicode_compatible" - some of the libraries are not compatible with django 3, update everything to the latest versions, if it doesn't help, then only downgrade to django 2.2
