Can't build Android APK, even Hello Word, how to fix?

Installed ANT, Android Studio + SDK, NDK In qt creator itself, there is no way to create a virtual device, although the platforms are installed. There are no platforms for choosing a virtual device, so I use a real one.
I don’t know if these problems are related, but in the end I can’t collect Hello Word

Try Intellige IDEA.
Why I suggest it:
1. You do not need to separately install the Android SDK (the default component installation takes more than 20 GB)
2. You do not have a problem with the integration of emulators created in the Android SDK and IDEA.
