Can't activate NodeJs core library in PhpStorm 2016.2?

There is an installed PhpStorm with an activated NodeJs plugin and NodeJs 6.3.0 itself. In order for the IDE to begin to understand the node, I go to the settings and try to activate it with the "Enable" button, as in the screenshot, but nothing happens.
What should be done to make PhpStorm enable the code helper and its highlighting for NodeJS?
