Can someone explain briefly how the admob payment system works today?

I place ads in my application and have not yet reached the payment threshold, I would like to ask experienced programmers. How are taxes paid if just earning income from advertising in the application? Do they need to be paid at all? Or do Google admob payments already include taxes? I read the agreement, but it is a little unclear to me. Are there any pitfalls in this service? What is the best way to receive payments, to a bank account or receive a check in the mail? Please tell us briefly and in simple language who worked with this service.

As far as I know, if you are a resident, you pay taxes every year in April. 14% of the amount earned in any way. Google does not include taxes, the agreement says that everyone in his state decides this issue.
