Can public subscribers see reposts from other publics?

Hello! There is a public page, and there is an event page (the organizer of which is this public).
Traffic is driven to the event page.
Will reposts from the public be visible in the feed of participants and "potential" participants (and such 70%) if they are not subscribed to it, but are subscribed only to the event page?
And what are the ways to somehow convert the subscribers of the event page into the subscribers of the main public?

Reposts on behalf of the event page will be visible to all subscribers of this event and it does not matter if they are subscribed to the public from which the repost was made or not.
There is only one way to overtake subscribers - ask them to subscribe to the public
