Can one printer color break from a Chinese cartridge (hp)?
hp laserjet pro cp1525
Bought Chinese cartridges everything worked.
Then they ended and well, they gave it to the gas station. I returned a couple of pages printed.
Then he stopped printing in red. So a few stripes and the rest is pale and somewhere there is no red color at all.
The technician said the printer was broken.
This is real? Is it possible to check it somehow? What to do? Tell me what to do!

In order to find out exactly, you must either put another cartridge (s) into the device, or put this cartridge (s) into another, similar device.
Most likely the problem is still in the cartridge. According to your description in red, there is a bad contact of the transfer roller.
Devices do not break from cartridges - the user can break it while replacing cartridges.
In principle, it’s bad that they bought compatible ones; at a low price, it makes no sense to refuel. The fact is that in the absence of testing after refueling, they have a 50/50 chance of normal operation. And even if they work, they will inevitably begin to pour.
