I have my own applications on one topic (book), but I want to make new applications on another (game). I would not want to interfere with everything in one account. Can I make a second account for myself or is it prohibited? I can't find anything in the rules.

Of course you can . There's a button "Add account" for a reason.
But I would not recommend doing 20 pages with the same name. In this case, in the ratings, two accounts will interfere with each other.
I would advise you to come up with a name for yourself and do something like this: Vasyan Books, Vasyan Games, Vasyan Apps , etc.
Oh, and yes... if one account is banned, everyone will die.
Personally, from my experience, I have developed my own brands like:
zettend Development - my personal account with a need for me.
MeMe Games is a series of Mime Games.
Your Time - applications for tasks, or for training habits, in general, everything related to personal time.
Me Studio - applications that help you work.
But now everything had to be closed due to the antiquity of these applications. The scheme is exactly the same.
