Can Node be installed on a flash drive and run on ANY computer?

There is a utility on NodeJS, however, to run it, I need to install NodeJS on my computer wherever I want to run it, which is not always possible.
Is it possible to install a node on a flash drive so that I can then run it from another computer?

Yes
Make a virtual machine in VirtualBox and copy it to a flash drive
It will slow down and the flash drive will die in a year and you will have to install VirtualBox everywhere, but the node will be everywhere
