Can multiple users connect under the same username on the same server?

Good evening, I didn’t think of a better way to formulate the question, but in general I’m interested in multiple ssh connections. Namely, can several people simultaneously connect to the same server as a superuser (in principle, under one user). Won't someone who was already connected to the server as username flop when I connect with the same username?

Firstly, SSH connections from root should be prohibited... you can log in as a regular user, and then re-register as root.
In principle, there can be any number of connections for an ordinary user (of the same one) (at least quite a lot - I worked with both 10 and 20 sessions at a time).
