Can I withdraw money from UpWork through Payoneer to a Sberbank dollar card?
Hello. I recently started working for upwork and now I’m thinking about how to withdraw what I’ve earned from there. My plans are to link a Sberbank dollar card to Payoneer, link Payoneer to Upwork and withdraw dollars from a Sberbank ATM. At the same time, without ordering a Payoneer card. Please tell me, can anyone come across, is there any errors in my scheme? For example, sanctions on the Savings Bank, currency conversion, or something else that I don’t know about.

No, the withdrawal from the pioneer to local accounts in rubles, that is, what's the point of converting them into dollars again, this will be another extra loss
Technically, this is possible, the upwork allows you to transfer money to Pioneer, and Pioneer, in turn, to a ruble account, albeit a Sber one.
There will be some kind of commission for conversion, sanctions on savings - how lucky, but how do you explain this money to the tax authorities? If you want to work "in the open", it is not very clear how you will justify this kind of foreign economic activity?
Otherwise, I don't see any problems.
A Payoneer card is not required to access funds - this is just one of the options for accessing funds. As far as I understand from your post, you plan to first register an account and then link a payment source to it. When registering an account directly on our website, you will have the opportunity to add a bank account in dollars. There are no sanctions on Sberbank from our side.
