Can I use Windows with MSDN on my home computer for non-commercial purposes?

My employer provides me with an MSDN subscription containing, among other things, different versions of Windows. I would like to install Windows from there on my home computer for normal home use - gaming, education, web surfing, pet project development etc.
Everything I've found on the Internet that can be used with MSDN software for development, testing, and demonstration, and can't be used for production use, is always in the same wording. But this wording, on the one hand, does not limit "development, testing and demonstration" to those only in the interests of the company that bought the subscription, and on the other hand, it does not say anything about non-commercial use.
Does this wording give me the right to install Windows from MSDN at home and use it for non-commercial purposes?

according to Russian legislation, with regards to the use of the results of intellectual activity, everything that is explicitly allowed is allowed (not to be confused with "what is not prohibited", it does not work here) ... if you are too lazy to read and study the license, call microsoft, there adequate people give quite good answers...
