Can I use the logos of popular sites in my application?

Can I use the logos of popular sites (for example, Amazon, SoundCloud, YouTube) in my application?
I'm just afraid of getting into the Intellectual Property Infringement column for using the logos.

You can use it, but in what way. I use social media logos. networks in their applications as links to their accounts and this is not a violation. If the logos go as an affiliate program, then you can safely use them.
