Can I use the Gotham font on a website for free?

In RuNet it is written that the Gotham font family can be used for free. But I have not found what type of license this font belongs to. The main question is, can I use it on my site without violating the copyright of the creator of the font?

You provided a link to the site of the author of the font . If web use only costs $149, do you think it's free to use?
