Can I use the designer in Xamarin.Forms?

Is it possible to run xml designer in Xamarin.Forms Shared applications? I use VS2015, create Some.xaml and see only the standard XMl editor, no visuals, maybe there is none at all? or if so, how? because, for example, an android pops up for me if I choose it

I figured it out, it turns out that Windows 8.1 is not suitable for running the designer, it writes too old. Looks like 10 is needed, right?

There is a Gorilla player, not ideal, but at least something. Allows just the same to work with markup and display it on the device in real time.
