Can I use the application on iphone purchased through another account (more in the table of contents)?

There is an iphone 4. ios 6.1.3
There is an account in the appstore WITHOUT linking to a bank card.
The following situation is of interest:
Create a new account in the appstore with a link to a bank card, then log into this account on iphone, buy an application in the app store.
Then log in again to your account, which is NOT linked to a bank card.
If you do this, will it be possible to use the purchased application without problems, which was purchased in another account (which is linked to a bank card)?
Or will there be any problems/limitations?
