Can I use Rocket.Chat (free version) in an enterprise?

Actually, a question arose with organizations in our company of their local chat / messenger
. I searched the Internet, I didn’t find anything better than Rocket.Chat.
As an alternative, many offer to install a jabber server, but reviews on their work, updates, support leave much to be desired.
In this regard, the question:
I shoveled a lot on the rocket chat site, but I didn’t understand 100% for myself, is it possible to deploy the Free version on my server and use it in a company without violating anyone’s rights and licenses?
Does anyone have experience using this messenger in an enterprise?
Please suggest any other alternatives to solve this problem.

Take MyChat. The support is sensible, in Russian, there are many opportunities, it consumes less resources than a rocket, an order of magnitude. Up to 20 people online is free, then you need a commercial license.
PS If you are a hospital or medical institution, now they give free commercial licenses during the pandemic.
