Can I use my code when developing several applications of the same type?

There is an idea, using the algorithm I wrote, to code applications for potentially interested clients in its implementation.
The question is, can I use my own unique code, but in a dozen of the same type (slightly differently customized) applications on the play market and app store? Are there any restrictions on this?
And by the way, with regards to the app store, I heard that you need to buy a developer license there first, and how then, on your own behalf, you need to place all applications or there is some kind of corporate account for an organization that, for example, has a ready-made (from me ) Appendix?

Neither the app store nor the play store look at your code. But for the same type of applications they can ban (in my opinion, not an account, but the applications themselves, but I'm not sure). But there must be a very large similarity.
You need to buy a "developer account" in both the app store and Google Play, yes. It doesn't matter if it's an organization or an individual.
It’s not very clear about a corporate account, but most likely yes, what you want is possible.

google
1. "android app builder"
2. templates android app
according to point 2. look at license type a
) Use in an end product that's sold
b) On-demand products/services
(eg "made to order" or "create your own" apps and sites)
Item 2a is usually more expensive than 6 times. 2b - usually over 1000$+
