Now pirated win7 home premium, but I have a key to home premium. Can I switch to it somehow without any consequences?

Windows 7 Home Premium = Windows 7 Home Premium (that is, they are the same).
So just replace the activation key if the versions of the installed system are similar to the key. It means OEM or BOX. If different, you will have to reinstall.
