Can I transfer my computer without consequences?
Hello! I'm sorry for the stupid question! But I can’t decide for myself whether I want to do it right!
I have 2 buildings next to each other! The first building is the main one and here is all the work, the second is small, there are only 4 computers.
We have a lot of cameras and there will be more, they are all ip. The computer that stores all the records is in the first building!
I want to move it to the second closer to me! But I don’t know if this will lead to consequences or heavy loads , since the buildings are connected by one cable 70 meters long. And the internet comes from the first building!

Alexei answered correctly, call the admin or someone who knows how everything is set up.
If nothing like vlan or 802.1x is configured, then everything will work. And I hope that you did not confuse switches with routers.
