Is there a way with "crutches" and "tambourine" to launch a virtual machine with macOS in Azure?

I doubt Azure is a cloud technology. where you can deploy distributions only those that are in the marketplace or whatever it is called there, you can make modifications from the basic distributions and again make assemblies, but still the list of supported OS will be limited only to those that were originally installed.
However, I can’t say 100%, maybe there are alternative ways to upload distributions that I don’t know about.
