Can I protect my email from being sent by a third party?

Is it possible that when sending by a third party, it was impossible to send mailings from my email? Maybe there are some headers that the mail server checks when sending to make sure that I am the owner of this box?

Not a box, but a domain, maybe?
It depends on the details, if you use mail.ru, yandex.ru public mailboxes, and the spf record check setting is disabled on the destination server, then the destination server will accept a letter with a forged address [email protected] from a server from Thailand.

Speech for mailboxes on your domain.
But this is not an explicit ban, just anti-spam systems will cut off letters
