Can I post celebrity photos on the service website?

We are building a website for a new service. There is a competitor from another country who uploads photos of stars who have already completed this service and recommend it.
I created a page on which I posted photos of celebrities he took and gave a link to this competitor, saying that the photo was his. But in fact, he is not a competitor to us, because people will not go to another country.
But can I use these photos? Is it legal? can there be any claims from a competitor or from the stars? Fines?

but physically bending you is problematic if in different countries, so ...

They can :) Stars - they are like that, they are used to suing :) They will find their photo on your site - and they will send greetings :)
