Can I plug headphones into a 15w amp?

There is a DAC on pcm5122, at the output I want to put a 15w amp assembled by the Chinese on the PAM8620. Initially I thought that it had a headphone output, but I was wrong. As a result, the output is two separate channels. I'm worried about this question - if you change the plug from the headphones to 4pin and poke into the amp, will the headphones break?
The Chinese also wrote:
Output power: 15W Stereo (24V 8 Ohm), 10W Stereo (12V 8 Ohm), if connected to 4 Ohm or 2 Ohm speakers, the power will be automatically limited to 15W)
Do I understand correctly that the speakers are larger than 8 ohm won't he resist? And in general, how good is this idea? The amp sounds good on the speakers, I posted 1tr for it, it's a pity ...

Ohm's law,
taking into account what voltage the amplifier + headphone resistance and their maximum power are powered from,
calculate for yourself,
approximately / offhand
you will need to add a resistance of ≈ ± 100-150 Ω
to the speakers more than 8 Ω, it will perfectly pull, just like and headphones,
only the power will be less,
and you need headphones, the maximum is 0.5-0.7W. ,
otherwise the ears will burst :) either yours or headphones (whose forward = this is a matter of experiment).

Headphones cannot be directly plugged into it - your amplifier has 2 separate channels and you need to have headphones with a so-called balanced cable. That is, the speakers in the headphones should not have a common wire.
Well, in general, it’s a so-so idea, it’s better to buy a headphone amplifier than to have fun with it.

what a question - if you change the plug from the headphones to 4pin and poke into the amp, will the headphones break?

Depends on the circuit and the impedance of the headphones.
Take the signal after the preamplifier and cut inside a headphone amplifier with a separate output.
It will pull, but the declared characteristics will not correspond to those indicated.
bad
If dollars, then yes, but for rubles it’s a toy and you shouldn’t regret it :)

For in-ear headphones and earbuds, the resistance is most often in the range of 16-32 ohms. Larger ones have 60 ohms and 100, and more.
Another question is that they are usually designed for milliwatts of power, and they will simply burn out from the power that your amp will give out if the amp does not have some kind of smart protection or mode switch.
It will most likely break, yes.
