Can I order emails from Thunderbird to my email server with Postifix?

There is Thunderbird and all the soaps are saved locally. How can I upload them to my VPS where Postifix and Dovecot are running?
-----
Well, of course I have them and they are saved locally on my computer,
but there are standard folders in the client.
about what you imap and local folders in addition to Inbox, Sent, Spam speak - I will not understand at all.

which I have Postifix and Dovecot spinning

spinning, it means there is a domain and everything is set up on the VPS, there are accesses via imap.
Set up an account there
In thunderbird, set up an imap account.
We send / receive test emails, and then stupidly drag them from local folders to the newly configured account, which is on the VPS.
nothing complicated
