Can I open an installed application?

Let's say I have some kind of game installed on my android, I need some pictures from it, can I somehow get images from there?
If so, how?

It is possible , but there is no universal way.
In theory, pictures there can be in any format, even in vector, or even created pixel by pixel by program code. So all you have to do is dig around and hope you find something.
Ideally, of course, PNG images should be waiting for you on a silver platter (in a separate folder of the hacked game). But once in a while it doesn't have to. So pick it up, see how the game works. If it is on Unity, which you know, then it will be easier to pick.
