Can I only specify an Instagram page when setting up Facebook ads?

When setting up a Facebook Ads ad, I need to provide identification information.
Can I somehow remove from there in general the pages that I am asked to indicate and leave only the Instagram profile?
I don’t understand this interface at all ... There are pages to choose from, which are administered by my personal account, and not which are connected to an advertising account

To advertise only on the Instagram page, you need to do the following:
- on your Facebook account, create a page and link your Instagram account to this page in the settings
- on the same Facebook account, click the "Create ad" button
- when creating an ad, select to advertise an Instagram account
- when creating an ad at the stage of choosing placements, mark only the Instagram feed with chopsticks (uncheck Facebook and everything else)
