Can I install Visual Studio 2015 on Windows 11?

Installed Windows 11 build 22000.258. I downloaded dvd images of VS of different versions from the Microsoft website. First they start to install, then an error appears that the installation package is missing or corrupted. I also downloaded different (original) versions and editions from rutracker - the same thing.
PS: Through the review, I found missing files - but the installer again writes this error. I tried to click "download packages from the Internet" - the same thing. Is it possible to install Visual Studio on Windows 11, or do I need to look for custom builds?

Why do you need 2015 studio? Set to 2022:
https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs
PS: your problem can be solved by installing the correct version of C++ build tools during installation.
Although the MB will even assemble with a new version of the tools.

Why do you need an ancient VS2015? Install VS2022 or VS2019.
And why download it from somewhere with a rutracker, if the official site ?
