I would like to hear the opinion of experienced programmers about working with PostgreSQL through FireDAC.
How strong is the reliable connection and is it worth working with multi-line records in this way. Thanks everyone.

I worked with FireDac when they were still AnyDAC and there were no problems with various DBMS. The components are reliable, provide a high level of abstraction from a specific DBMS engine, which allows you to work with two different databases from one program without problems. And at the very bottom, if you dig to the source, you will see that the components work with the most native methods that are available in libpq.
So you shouldn't have any problems (well, except for the bugs in the components themselves, but there's nowhere without it - there is no insurance).
