Can I go straight to Bitrix payment?
It works through the bitrix:sale.order.ajax component, there is a checkout button that redirects to a thank you page, whether it is possible to immediately proceed to payment by the selected method, and then to the confirmation page.

Only through component customization. You won't get that with the settings.
