There is a foreign service where you can create forums, but I did not find the ability to insert my JavaScript into pages in the forum settings, so there is only one way to solve the problem, namely to somehow proxy the created forum by substituting your JavaScript code in parallel. Does Cloudflare allow you to inject your code into pages?

The ability to insert js-code does not depend on hosting in any way. It depends only on the code of your proxying web application.
