Can I embed a Chrome installation with my installer?

We are developing a web application for companies and want them to use Chrome or Firefox instead of IE. The product is supplied with an installer via ftp. The client does not always have access to an open network. Can I embed a Chrome installation into my installer? Do I need to get any permission from Google?

Integrate msi into your package, and other things you need. You can also install a trusted certificate, start page, customize chrome for a company, set up a proxy and corporate mail.

Offline installers exist.
Xs is it necessary to coordinate this for chromium, but for chromium , as far as I understand, it is not necessary.
