Can I delegate password viewing to Keepass?

There was a need to share corporate passwords with colleagues at work, but of course without the rights to change, just so that they could watch. I briefly looked at Keeepas and realized that the password database could not be shared. Is it so?
Logic dictates that this is so, because this is a security hole, but now the need arose.
If not keepass, then where can you store passwords and with the option of issuing viewing rights. Well, except for the password-protected Excel, of course.

Keepass is not a network product. You can copy the database, delete unnecessary sections and give it to another user by changing the password. Those. the whole base is only with the senior (administrator), and he is already distributing truncated copies to the younger ones. And he no longer cares what exactly they change in their copies.
