Can I create my own project templates in GitLab Self-hosted Community Edition?

Good afternoon, I can not find and understand in any way. When I create a project in gitlab, there is a create tab from a ready-made template. By default, there are already templates like Ruby, NodeJS, Spring.
Is it possible to remove/disable these templates and add your own, for example, HTML, PHP, SQL, .NET, etc.? Those. templates to suit your needs.

This feature is available only in Enterprise.
However, you can create a project, customize it as needed and make it archived. After that, you can create new projects based on the archived
