The situation is this. Will moderation on Google maps approve if a person from Russia (without changing IP) creates an address, for example, on a map of Italy. The address itself is real. There were just doubts. Are there any risks here that the object will be rejected or deleted. Maybe someone created addresses for other countries, did you have any problems with adding them?

As far as I know, everything is serious in Google with moderation and a letter should be sent to the specified legal address \ or a letter should be sent to confirm the legitimacy of the legal address.
If there is someone who can receive / send letters to this mail address, then there is no problem.
