I want to buy an adapter to connect a monitor via USB Type-C, but I doubt whether video will be transmitted.
Notebook HP Pavilion 15-ec1032ur 1N3L2EA, found on the HP website that SuperSpeed USB Type-C.

Actually the question is, is it possible to connect a monitor via Type-C to this laptop model?

According to the spec, it doesn't. USB 3.0 only

Even if the laptop cannot output video via Type-C, you can buy an external USB video card and output the image via USB.
