There is an example.com domain and a www.example.com subdomain , is it possible to change www.example.com to subdomain.example.com in the ISPmanager panel.

No, just issue a new certificate. Some companies have money back for a certain period of time - if you have bought recently, you can try to contact support.

The panel has nothing to do with it. A certificate is issued to you by a certification authority for a specific domain. On another domain, they simply will not work.
